These rules apply to coupon codes, bundles, gifts, free shipping, and other SWISHFABLE offers.
1. General Rules
Discounts, coupon codes, bundles, gifts, free shipping, referral offers, and other promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer and this policy.
Additional product, region, customer, channel, or timing restrictions may apply.
2. Redemption
- Enter a coupon code before submitting payment. A code cannot normally be added after an order is completed.
- Only one code may be used per order unless the promotion expressly allows combination.
- A minimum spend is calculated according to the promotion terms and may apply before or after shipping and tax as stated in the offer.
- A promotion may be limited to selected products, variants, countries, currencies, accounts, or quantities.
- Codes may be case-sensitive and can expire at the stated time or when the available allocation is used.
3. Exclusions
Unless expressly included, promotions may exclude:
- Gift cards
- Pre-orders
- Newly released items
- Limited editions
- Replacement parts
- Shipping fees
- Taxes
- Duties
- Previous purchases
4. Free Gifts and Bundles
A gift or bundle benefit is available only while supplies last and only when all qualifying conditions are met.
If part of a qualifying order is canceled or returned, the gift must also be returned unopened and complete.
Where permitted by law, the stated or reasonable value of an unreturned promotional gift may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Free Shipping
Free-shipping promotions may be limited by:
- Destination
- Order value
- Product type
- Package size
- Available shipping service
Customs duties, import charges, remote-area fees, redelivery fees, and return shipping costs are not included unless expressly stated.
6. Price Changes
Prices may change before order submission.
Unless required by law or expressly offered, we do not provide retroactive price adjustments for:
- Promotions that begin after purchase
- Coupon codes that were not applied during checkout
7. Returns
Refunds for promotional orders are based on the amount actually paid for the returned item.
Refund calculations may be adjusted based on:
- Bundle allocation
- Promotional gifts
- Minimum spend requirements
- Other benefits affected by the return
The Return & Refund Policy also applies to promotional purchases.
8. Misuse
We may cancel or limit a promotion or order when there is evidence of:
- Automated abuse
- Multiple accounts created to avoid promotional limits
- Unauthorized resale
- Distribution of coupon codes against offer terms
- Payment fraud
- Technical manipulation
- Other material violations
Actions will be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Errors and Changes
We may correct genuine technical, pricing, or publication errors.
We may also end or modify a promotion before order submission.
If a completed order is affected by a material error, we may cancel the order and provide a refund after notifying the customer.
