Payment Policy

Payment Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This policy explains payment authorization, currency, taxes, verification, and refunds.

1. Available Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for a specific order are displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on device, currency, billing country, shipping country, order amount, and the payment provider's eligibility rules.

2. Payment Authorization

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge or reserve the order amount. A bank may display a temporary authorization before the charge is completed. If an order is canceled, a pending authorization may be released rather than posted as a separate refund.

3. Order Acceptance

A payment authorization or order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may review an order for inventory, address accuracy, payment validity, fraud prevention, export or destination restrictions, and pricing errors. An order becomes accepted when it enters confirmed fulfillment or is dispatched, subject to applicable law.

4. Currency and Conversion

Prices and the transaction currency are shown at checkout. When the payment method uses a different currency, the card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fee. These charges are controlled by the provider and are not set by SWISHFABLE.

5. Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges

Applicable sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, or similar checkout tax may be calculated based on product, destination, and available information. International import duties, brokerage, or collection fees may be payable separately unless checkout expressly states they are included.

6. Payment Security

Payments are processed through the payment services made available by the commerce platform and its providers. SWISHFABLE does not receive or store a complete payment-card number or card security code in ordinary order records.

Customers should never send a complete card number, card security code, account password, or one-time verification code by email.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail because of insufficient funds, issuer restrictions, incorrect billing information, authentication failure, transaction limits, unsupported currency, network interruption, or fraud-prevention controls. Contact the payment provider or use another available method. We generally cannot see the issuer's full reason for a decline.

8. Fraud Prevention and Verification

We may request reasonable confirmation of identity, billing, delivery, or transaction information before fulfillment. We may limit or cancel orders that appear unauthorized, unusually high risk, commercially resold without approval, or inconsistent with payment-provider requirements.

9. Installments and Buy-Now-Pay-Later Services

When an installment service is offered, approval, repayment schedule, fees, interest, and account management are controlled by that provider. A refund is sent through the original transaction and may be applied to the installment balance according to the provider's terms.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Allow approximately 5–10 business days after our submission for the credit to appear. The final timing is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.

11. Payment Disputes

Contact ronpu888@163.com before filing a chargeback so that we can review delivery, return, cancellation, or product concerns. We may submit order, shipment, policy, and communication records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
