Limited Warranty Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

SWISHFABLE provides a 12-month limited warranty for covered manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Period

Unless a longer period is stated on the product page or required by law, eligible SWISHFABLE products include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the original delivery date.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase from an authorized SWISHFABLE sales channel. A replacement product does not restart the original warranty period unless required by law; it remains covered for the longer of the remaining original period or 90 days after replacement delivery.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use and in accordance with the product instructions. Depending on the product, covered faults may include:

  • Failure of the speaker, microphone, controls, charging function, or wireless connection caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Abnormal electrical failure not caused by an external device, incompatible power source, accident, or misuse.
  • Structural failure of a component under ordinary intended use, excluding normal wear.
  • A battery that fails because of a verified manufacturing defect, excluding ordinary capacity reduction from use and age.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, fading, discoloration, surface marks, loose fabric, or gradual cushion and headband wear.
  • Normal reduction in rechargeable-battery capacity over time.
  • Damage caused by impact, crushing, bending, dropping, misuse, neglect, improper storage, pets, children, or transportation after delivery.
  • Liquid, sweat, dust, heat, cold, or humidity damage outside the product's expressly stated rating and operating conditions.
  • Damage caused by an incompatible or defective charger, cable, power source, connected device, software, accessory, or third-party product.
  • Loss, theft, missing accessories, or damage resulting from unauthorized modification.
  • A fault caused by repair or modification performed by a person who is not authorized, to the extent the repair or modification caused the claimed problem.
  • Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial or identification information.
  • Counterfeit products or products purchased from an unauthorized seller.
  • Problems resolved by standard pairing, reset, cleaning, charging, firmware, or device-setting steps.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email ronpu888@163.com with the subject line Warranty Claim – Order Number.
  2. Provide the order number, product name, purchase email, delivery date, and a detailed description of the fault.
  3. Provide clear photos or a short video that demonstrates the problem, when reasonably possible.
  4. Complete reasonable troubleshooting requested by support.
  5. When return inspection is required, follow the written return authorization and shipping instructions.

5. Troubleshooting and Verification

We may ask you to charge, reset, re-pair, update, clean, or test the product with another compatible device. These steps help distinguish a product defect from a connection, configuration, power, application, or source-device issue.

We may verify serial information, proof of purchase, product condition, and claim history. Information is requested only to evaluate eligibility, prevent fraud, and provide support.

6. Available Remedies

For a valid claim, SWISHFABLE may, at its option and subject to applicable law:

  • Provide troubleshooting or a software-related solution.
  • Repair the product.
  • Replace it with the same model or a functionally comparable product.
  • Provide replacement parts or accessories.
  • Issue a partial or full refund when repair or replacement is not reasonable or available.

A replacement may be new or professionally inspected and fully functional. Color or minor cosmetic details may differ when the original version is unavailable.

7. Shipping for Warranty Service

For an approved covered claim, we will provide or reimburse a reasonable return method where required by the resolution. The customer may be responsible for shipping when inspection finds that the product is not covered, except where prohibited by law.

Do not send a product without written return authorization. Use appropriate packaging and include only the items requested.

8. Data and Connected Devices

Before returning a product, remove personal information, disconnect accounts, and reset the product when possible. SWISHFABLE is not responsible for data, settings, recordings, or content left on a returned device.

9. Replacement Ownership

When a replacement or refund is provided, the returned product becomes the property of SWISHFABLE to the extent permitted by law. Replacement products may carry a different serial number.

10. No Other Voluntary Warranty

Except for the written limited warranty above and any mandatory rights under applicable law, no additional voluntary warranty is provided. Statements by third-party sellers do not create a SWISHFABLE warranty unless expressly authorized in writing.

11. Consumer Law

This limited warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where local law provides greater protection, that protection remains available.
